For those with students and/or staff in the local school system, we made a handy chart so you can know before you place an order whether or not that school accepts flower deliveries! This way, you can surprise your loved ones with ease!

Important Tips!
BEFORE submitting your order, PLEASE ask yourself the following questions to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

Are the house numbers and mailbox numbers visible?

Is the road/driveway safe for vehicles without 4 wheel drive?

If there is a designated place for delivery drop-offs, is that easy to find, and the sign legible/understandable?

Does the address show up correctly on Google Maps /GPS?

Is the address and phone number correct and complete? Did I make sure to add an apartment/unit/room number if necessary?

Did I provide a gate code if necessary?

Do I know if the recipient is at home or out of town?
-
Do I know if there are any dogs or other potentially aggressive animals that should be put inside before delivery is attempted?

Does Choy teach Ikebana or any other type of classes?

No, she does not.

Does Choy make silk arrangements?

No, not anymore. The arrangements for sale in the shop are selling as-is. We do have many loose stems of silk flowers for purchase if you are interested in making arrangements yourself.

How do I keep my flowers for longer?
-
Change the water frequently, mix in flower food, and trim the stems when you are refilling the water if you feel so inclined.

How far in advance can I order flowers?
-
There is no limit to how far in advance you can order, since that gives us ample time to get exactly the flowers you're looking for. It becomes more difficult the closer to the deadline you order, so if you call the same day that you're hoping to have the flowers delivered, we might not have what you're looking for in stock.

Can I order flowers to be sent to another city/state?

Absolutely! We have the online capability to send flowers all over the world through our wire service! Please keep in mind that an additional $9.99 "wire-out" fee applies to these orders. Please keep in mind that we do not send out Ikebana orders, or orders for something as small as a single rose, for instance. This is because the other flower shops in the network will not take these kinds of orders online. In that case, it is best to do a Google search for the area you're sending the flowers to, and reach out to a local florist directly who can assist you further.

Why does the card that came with my order not have a name from the sender?

With our online orders especially, some people choose not to include their name or a card message. If we have written a note like "The sender did not include their name or a card message with this online order," it means we do not have access to the customer's information because they bought the arrangement through 1-800-Flowers, Avas Flowers, or another online service who has the information. In such cases, we are a third party and do not have a way to obtain that information, unfortunately. However, if someone calls us locally to order and wishes to remain anonymous, we will write it as such. Thanks for your understanding!
